Ray Young founded Technology Support & Solutions, INC. to take care of small businesses in Chicago. He has worked for several Chicago area technology companies such as Chicago Computer Solutions, InvenIT inc., Westbound Consulting, and Vanguard Technology.

In addition, he has worked in an educational capacity for Palm and taught tech support & graphic design classes at Ort Technical.

During his college career, Ray Young received many awards and honors such as: National Science Foundation Scholarship Recipient; Awarded ISAC Quern Technology Grant; and Membership in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Theta Kappa. He constantly furthers his knowledge with numerous educational seminars and classes.

Ray Young graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelors in Computer Science. Throughout his career, Ray has been actively involved in humanitarian, environmental, and community issues. He has served as a volunteer at Senn High School and Beethoven Grammar School. He taught students how to make web pages as part of a program, Carpe Diem, sponsored by the Chicago Software Association.

In 2006 Ralph Hoadley joined Technology Support & Solutions, INC. Ralph has an extensive background with software development, networking, supercomputers, mainframes, hardware diagnostics, system support, and operating systems.
